Isn't that shit too wide and will cause problems? I'm really just trying to set myself up for 4k gaming, maybe the CPU I picked isn't actually the greatest now that I've been looking more, it's just the best bang for your buck. I'm not necessarily trying to spend all that dough and also I hate RGB.

The only problems this monitor will cause is blindness and framerate dips. it is the pinnacle of 4k gaming right now.

The GPU alone is going to be 3x that. Really wish I would have built last year, I was actually waiting for prices to go down but it has and will only get worse.

With the AMD 5600X, it comes with a stock cooler. So in terms of your CPU cooling options, you don't need to go above and beyond.

If you went with the AMD 5800X, you do need to purchase a separate CPU cooler. A heavy duty fan should suffice, like the Noctua NH-D15. However, take note of the RAM height/clearance that could interfere with the CPU cooler.

While this is true, the wraith cooler isn't even close to good enough. If you are set on doing water cooling, I would suggest either a Corsair, Coolermaster, or Arctic (240m +) watch this for proper placement; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKwA7ygTJn0

If you are set on Custom loop I would suggest going with EKWB or Corsair and also go soft tubing for your first attempt. plenty of beginners guides on YouTube. Again I am going to recommend Jay for this:

Thanks, I figured I'd just stick an AIO in there for now, was going to go with a 360mm nzxt kraken z73, you would recommend those brands over this specific cooler as far as performance goes?

NZXT is a good product, the 3 I listed are my top 3. in order of preference.

I would also put serious consideration into better cooling on that GPU. 3090's run VERY hot on the Vram. Pretty sure EK has an AIO for them as well.
