The game is pretty hard and meant for good players, if you're stuck ask for help or follow a guide. The real game doesn't start until 105+++ anyways

Trading for d2jsp is bannable I think but they have their own trade gold or TG with working auction house, trade fourm and discord

bannable on PD2 as well, but that ain't stopping me bud!! But like, is there intrinsic value in anything in the game that could be black-marketable over here?
