Update: Chose to stick with Codecademy for now, probably going to pay for Pro, also trying to find good study material on Youtube.. if anyone knows some good content, please share.

Right now, I'm looking for in depth HTML and CSS material.

Check out this guys playlists. They're really thorough and lots of them to choose from. Would allow you to tailor your learning to what it is that you want. As per your other topic regarding freecodecamp vs codeacademy too, can supplement your learning there.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm half tempted to just do them both to reinforce the learning, and I'm also looking into external Youtube content creators.

udemy does often have sales on and there is pretty much anything you can imagine on there. I did some of the top courses for unity/c# for video game development and learned a lot pretty quickly. I went from knowing nothing to being able to implement almost any feature I could think of on my own and anything I wasn't sure about I was able to feel my way to the solution pretty quickly.

If at all interested I would wait until they have one of their 'sales', which happen often, where courses are marked down by around 90% off
