Whey bothers my stomach. Even the ultra pure stuff
Pea protein, egg whites, milk do as well
If I have a bcaa product with 2.5 grams of aminos. Say I take 4 servings. Can I count that as 10 grams of protein toward my total?
Is there a point at which it isn't a diverse enough profile? Like taking 10 servings , would it be equivalent to 25 grams of protein
