Primals are unlocked upon completing your first Solo Gr 70+
Primals are perfect Ancient Legendaries
Ethereals are more powerful pseudo-primals. They drop for you
only and are rather frequent to drop (about 0.5-1% chance?).
Ethereals can't be traded / given (bound to account)
GR = Greater rift
RG = Rift Guardian
PLvL = power level from lvl 1-70 (unlocks the endless power grind called "Paragon")
