I agree, I think adding flex makes it easier for one player to pop off and let me win as vampire cuz there would just be 4 bench spots instead of 5

its clearly advantage to the non-vamp if there was a flex spot

But the format is what it is. Shortening the bench and no flex was clever & amazing luck to face somebody who shit the bed in week 1 to give up McCaffrey.
