I found one at a very low level and it definitely made the run trivial, which was good since all I wanted was to hit 70. As for the levels, I know on PC it maxes at T6 until you're 70, but idk if that is with or without campaign completed. Only reason I say that is I got it on Switch while on orders and started a character and could do NO torments until 70. Not entirely sure on the differences in console and PC.

yeah i was watching a video where raxx did season start on EU and he had to do the whole thing on expert, because he didnt know that you need more than just killing mathael to unlock torment. I think he said he had to comelete act 4 as well or something like that to unlock torment. so instead of it taking 1.5-2 hours it took 3 hours lol.

Finishing D3 on normal is the same if you completed act 1 first quest in D2. The journey just started

Get familiar with the torment levels and you will see that your bow, which dropped now, is nothing compared to what you need to get to the highest torment level and beyond.
Just adjust level of difficulty to where you easily one shot white trash.
For example adjust youre difficulty to torment VI and go to a random area. One shot white trash if not lower youre torment level. If you do one shot them level up youre torment level.
Be sure to be level 70 first and party with higher level paragoon players will also help you.
