D3 is game where you have full geared char in 1-3 days that beats torment xvi very easy.
After that you farm primal gear on greater rifts and that takes forever, im almost lvl 1000 paragon now and only 2 primal drops that are useless.

that hydra bow i found happen to be a wind force, but i wasn't even level 10 when i found it, and the weapon is level 60 and i can use it in normal difficulty. I started a new game at higher difficulty and i can't use the wind force, the level is not mentioned on it but there is a padlock on it , Iamconfused :P
