It's not really that sought after. You could make Honor runeword for a lower level barb for self use or make a Grief out of it.
The requirements are just a tad high for not being an Elite base.
To be fair, nothing is really worth much atm. You can use the search function and see if anyone else has sold one, but don't be concerned about "what they go for", because they only "go for" what someone's willing to pay.
Who knows! Maybe you'll get lucky.
