Looks like we get a prequal to the predator universe, with a female lead this time.
Disney is the creator with John Davis as the producer.

Not sure what to make of this, done right it could be a good movie but
its more likely that it will fail and fall apart. Its hard to live up to the first 2 predators
both arnold and danny clover did really well in those movies.


What to you guys think? Yay or nay ?

There have only been two decent predator films, the original, and the surprisingly great Predators with Adrian Brody.

I’d put the chances of this being a good movie at about 0.01%.

The movie with the black dude in the city was great. Was the the second maybe?

Either way fuck Hollywood and their inability to do anything new or risky.

Streaming services seem to be the way to go if you want some more obscure ideas instead of bland bullshit and remakes.

Alot is said here the shear fact they cant come up with new ideas is really pathetic

That’s 2 with Danny Glover and I just didn’t dig that one for some reason, maybe I should give it another watch.

I think the 2. one with danny clover was good too but thats imo. I didnt mind the female lead in avp and ripley did perfect in alien so im not scared of it because of a female lead, as loong they are not too young.
