I have no access to my old computer or O;d email and I can't remember my passwords am I able to reset this by providing someone with my passport or bank statements ?

Go ahead and use the Account Recovery tool and fill out as much as info you can. Select "I forgot my email or" option. https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php
