Dolly explosion is blockable, best shield to obtain max block is storm but as necro u can have homunculus.

maxblock means less life, so you will be just gambling at that point.

better have more life to survive a hit or 2, than to rely on luck

K im trying coa + stormshield with eld rune now

i use maxblock on Homunculus and bone armor and dolls are no threat. if you want to feel even safer you can add some BER or SOL runes in your gear aswell
When i say bone armor i mean 1 point into armor, and max both synergies. you can easily do that on a summoner since most skills are one point wonders. (Gives me about 800 absorb)

how much dex do u need for max block?

at lvl90 203 Dex for max block
quite a bit of that comes from Torch/Anni and equipp

char gets amp dmg w/ 0 damage reduction + doll explodes in groups + 2k life or so = dead or close call

have summon clay golem handy and u can summon them as meat shield

amp dmg is the enemies' overpower'd reaper's toll
