ring -> raven if you don't have one, any rare with stats/res (fc if eni, not mandatory as fcr bp sucks on ama, but if 10fc make you gain a frame, worth it still ... ) ; soj/bk are a possilbility too, i'd say soj> cuz mana is an issue on java i feel
boot -> some guys here advised for silkweave, for the 5maek, i've tried those & i'm pretty convince, you should give a try too (if not, classic wt for mf, rare dual/tri res or aldur, ...)
helm -> i don't get why you don't like griffon, but shako is an ok alternative, so are rare sk/frw/... ; most of the time you need 15ias here
About the walk, it's pretty much up to your liking, you can play without, you can have her as a tank ... ; you may leave it to 1 point and let the +sk improve her, you may try to reach certain lvl, as she gain extra/improved stuff on certain lvl ( see here for full details :
