are we allowed to buy or sell a guild ?

if so where i can post my demand ?

Guilds are usually sold in the Donor forums or in General Chat. Keep your eyes open for someone offering their guild in the 2 sections i mentioned.
There is also a Guild for Sale List, in the bottom of this topic, you will also understand how to proceed a Guild owner change, once you found something that fits you.

Usually Guild ISO´s should not be posted, so you need to find someone who already offers his/her guild.

You can also buy one through account settings, but it's way more expensive.
