has act 1 been massively buffed or have I just picked the worst time to experiment with new builds?

Fucking feels terrible, brutus felt like end game :/

yes it was buffed, and all player life and damage nerfed

Everything (including crafting & flasks) got nerfed, Act 1 got buffed, it's hard, good luck.
