I keep getting email from blizzard warning me my account along with characters are expiring soon. I don't understand why though as I have been logging in just about every day. I played last night for example, and all my characters are up to date, yet I just got emailed tonight warning me again. I've tried emailing blizzard support but I just get generic responses...they don't even read what i'm telling them.

edit: this is happening on west, could it be related to the login issues?

I had that happen to one of my accounts many years ago, the characters said they were playable but when you'd click on one it would tell you it was expired. I lost so much gear because of it.

Imagine being blizzard and having such a poor support...

my characters are playable, i log into them all and pvp on them. i dont get why its saying they will expire though? is it not registering that im logging in and playing?

I think the best you can do is contact Blizzard.
Not that your account will expire (for whatever reason, even if you log in) and all your chars/items are gone.

Double check that the emails ARE from blizzard, and do not use any links in them.

they are from them.

yeah..
it says they expire in 3 months
accounts/chars are deleted after 3 months of inactivity
