fortitude runeword (el sol dol Lo) on a "ebugged" base (eth armor with Tal + thul + Perfect Topaz on the cube [the armor can get between 1-4 sockets - make the runeword ONLY IF IT GETS 4 OPEN SOCKETS])

Answer: Treachery is simply better than Fortitude. In ~80% of all cases when raw damage is applied, and better in ALL cases in which CB is applied. In the eventuality of killing a mob, Treachery kills faster. It also makes for a better shell for the mercenary to be a stronger tank.

how does treachery make a stronger tank when it has no resist, no added life, and no added defense?
