I really want to get my hands on either a LG 27GN950 or the newer version LG 27GP950.
Anyone got any insight on where to purchase one in Europe?

I bought my 27GL850B on the Swedish amazon for about $150 cheaper then what any other store here sold it for.
I usually cycle all the EU amazon stores to see if i can find better prices.

LG (like many others) like to rebrand and/or have different naming schemes for there products depending on witch part of the world they are selling them.
Are you sure your searching on the European product name?
I know I almsot whent crazy when buying my last TV, the US name was something like "WSGG55D" while the EU version was "WSBG55 v2"

Yes I do believe it uses the exact same product name in both US and EU.

Been sold out everywhere for months. Asked a few of the vendors I use the most, but they have no information from LG if they will even get more units again.

Seems like I might have to give up. And go for the Acer XV2 4k 144hz.

The USB-C DP alt is a huge plus. Then I don't have to use an adapter and DP switcher when changing between desktop PC and the upcoming Macbook Pro 16.
Also HDMI 2.1 over the GN model might come in handy at some point.

It's only until mini-led or oled monitors at 120hz~ comes available under 1500$

At least 50% of the usage will be work related. I got my own web bureau making mainly websites but also graphical designs for print like business cards and catalogs.
So the sRGB performance will be very important, I will also buy a Spyderx Pro for calibration.

Currently I got an LG 27UD68 4k monitor which will be used as secondary whenever I get a new monitor. So would prefer both monitor to have the same resolution.

As for gaming it will mainly be Diablo 2 Resurrected with an either 3080 or 3080Ti, whatever will be most fair priced in mid september. Should be sufficient for 4k 100fps~ high-ultra with DLSS enabled?

Maybe see if the eve spectrum will ship to you and you can probably get that shortly and it’s the same specs basically.
