hello i can't connect to my d2 1 week now ... said impossible to connect try again in a few minutes after the version check i try uninstall i try firewall i try all can't connect i look at the hosts too i look at all but can't it made me crazy for real :'( if one can help me i will send fg if u have solution!

If you got stuck in checking versions (which happened to me yesterday -in my case for using a fcking proxy-) you could be banned up to 14days (or I think it can be even more) but that depends on what happened exactly (use of VPN or proxy = up to 14days ban) trying to log too many games within a certain period of time is another posible reason to get temp ban.

what I did last time was to ask for support in blizzard page. I got a ticket and although they cannot "unban" your account, they can tell you how long the ban will be.

trying to relog won't do anything good, it can even lengthen the waiting period so I would advice you NOT to do it until you get some type of assistance. For now I think the best thing you can do (not a solution sadly) is to contact blizzard support as I explained above...

Maybe I wasn't very clear in my first reply (check post N°2)

blizzard CANNOT take the ban out of your account. The only thing they can do is tell* you when it's gonna be over, (that's what I did).

go to support in blizzard's page. You have to contact their support asking for help. Explain them the issue and although you already know it is caused because a VPN, you then ask how much the current ban is going to last etc.

the whole process is on itself so frustrating... but at least (in my case) they answered me within 24 hours. Hope it helps

I send blizzard message and im not ban i try all seriously for connect i try no firewall no anti virus i have no more solution i try uninstall i really try all for play it :( i need help guys

Almost everything that happened to you happened to me, but I was able to semi-solve it.

Foremost, I haven't played D2 in almost 15 years up until a month or so ago. Coincidentally, I also purchased access to a VPN for the literal first time ever two days into playing again, not having any clue it would ban me. As most already know, I got IP banned, but so was my key. I bought another key, and could not access it, because I was IP banned.

Process:
First I removed the VPN before I bought the second set of keys.
After I got the second set of keys and found out I wasn't able to gain access because of my IP ban, I did these next steps:
Admin CMD prompt "ipconfig /release" [If you don't know what this is, google it.]
"ipconfig /renew"
"ipconfig /flushdns"
Then, I did a hard reset on my router. (As in, I stuck a needle in the back of my router where it has a pinhole saying RESET)
Lastly, I did it again:
Admin CMD prompt "ipconfig /release"
"ipconfig /renew"
"ipconfig /flushdns"

I only did this twice, because I really don't know what the fu#k I'm doing with computers a lot of the time, but it did work, so... You know.
After this, I was able to play on my second key, and after my 14-day ban of the first set of keys lapsed, I was able to play on that too.
