Immediate. If you aren't in the same server ip as the one it walks in, then you can't get it on any future games you make after it walks, if that's what you were getting at.

Do not open more than 1 game every three minutes per IP address you use.

If enough SoJs are sold on the server, D-Clone immediately walks on all open Hell games on that server. The next Super-Unique (Like Radament, Eldritch, Mephisto, etc.) that is 'activated' by someone coming near them (does not have to be onscreen) will be replaced by D-Clone. There is no time-out on this as long as the game remains open. Once he walks, he cannot walk a second time in the same game.
