If you just started, a lot of weapons will be locked due to your mastery rank but you should be able to use any frame

Yea that’s fine. I’m mastery 2 now but plan to play for all the trophies, so it’ll be a good while

Buy all the weapons from market that don't need blue prints for fast experience. Any weapon is viable if you mod it correctly and you can find guides for that on Youtube for general advice.

Yeah buying slots is really good until you have a decent amount and you can sell weapons if you never plan on using them again. I level up regular frames to 30 then sell them when I get their prime version, same with the weapons that have primes

Sell them for credits or do people buy them?

You can only sell blueprints and not crafted items, so you would just sell them in the inventory manager
