don't let the world fool you into people preferring dad bods
people prefer STRONG bodies, don't correlate that with body fat % - if you look strong, you probably are
don't get discouraged if you are not this, you can become this everyday - including today and get closer to the level of tip top


We could ALL use a little more health in every area and aspect of our lives.
