There have been updates to the website and this is another acquisition, seems to be steps in the right direction for the launch. Lot's of puzzle pieces. Hopefully their road show secured some financing to finally get the app live.

They seem to be leveraging these Series E shares as collateral until they drop a funding bomb and just pay them off??? Who knows, but that seems likely to me. Just some speculation

OTC stocks aren’t for the feint of heart, big risk comes with potential big reward tho. I’ve been averaging down with these shares priced in the trips

management would like to thank you for keeping the lights on so they can pay their intern to make news on these "acquisitions" - geokall looks like some fake company they just made up on wordpress, literally the only "business" they had was getting acquired by tptw lol

The transaction was recorded as Geokall accepting Series E shares as payment. Definitely a speculative long term position but I’m here for the possibility. I found that they had about 5M revenues

also tptw has like 720k in asset, but 35 mil in liabilities, and a dwindling revenue, with an operating loss on a quarterly basis of $1.3 million, they might not even make it to the next 10-Q but you do you

People been saying they won’t make it to the next 10-Q every season before the stock price popped. That’s been a consistent feature for more than 4 years now and there have been many nice pops along the way

If you bought when this thread was made on the lowest price that day you'd have bought at 0.0137.

The highest price it hit on the last trading day was 0.0005.

Meaning a drop of 97%.

If you had sold at any time in the last year, the best case scenario was you lost 70%.

Skimming the price data on yahoo it looks like you'd have to go back something like 20 months to get back to your entry point.

So did it blow up yet?
