think id have to respect and get at least 4k life. max str build doesnt make a change against ubers, only CB does.

Use highlords, laying of hands and string of ears.
120%ar from cerebus may seem a lot, but with the base ar bonus from wolf it's not so much. But as you don't use tombreavers, resistances from jalal are very much needed.
Eth tombreaver zod 2x40X15ias and eth up rib are also very good weapons.

if i wanted to utilize AR% bonus from cerebus, where should i get more AR ?

I really think that if you use heart of wolverine cerebus ar bonus is pretty much useless. Fury already gives you about 300%ar (feral rage 400%), HoW 250% and werewolf 650%

As you see, attack rating varely changes.
If you use enchant from demon limb then it will become even less usefull.

I also like to use mavinas belt sometimes, because mana leech and frw

I checked on mine, i got only 1k extra AR from cerebus which is indeed not much.

do u use two raven? My secondary ring is 86 AR 6%ML 3% LL 15 str 13 dext 18 life. Is string of ears really a thing if im using this ring?
