I do 4 exercises for chest. 2 compounds (Flat + incline bench), 2 isolations
5 for back. 3 compounds (DL, pulldowns, rows) and 2 isolations.
5 for legs
4 for shoulders
3 for biceps and 3 for triceps
Usually 4 to 5 sets per exercise, but sometimes 3 depending on how I feel.
