I can't do legs. All I can do is use the stationary cycle.

monday - chest/tris
tuesday - back/bis
wednesday - shoulders/traps
thu - ???
fri - ???

weekends - no

how do I proceed if I wanna life every weekday, mon-fri?
Thu back/bis again, and then Friday chest/tris? I say that because I wanna keep some rest between shoulder day and chest day.

mon - lift
tues - cardio
wed - lift
thu - cardio
fri - lift

or better yet haha

Here’s my current split. Sub out legs for an afternoon at church or prayer service you fucking weak legged stringbean

1 - bi/tri/traps
2 - legs/abs
3 - chest/back
4 - shoulders/abs
5 - legs
6 - upper body/forearms
(bi/tri/chest/shoulders/back)


/e for no flame. Only projecting cuz I’m sitting on the abductor machine and don’t want to squat or deadlift next

how many working sets do i guys fit in? i used to do 35 or so on a split now im gassed when i break 20 sets

Don't do shoulders 2 days after chest, they're involved in chest exercises a lot and they won't be 100%. Move that to Thursday. Rest on Wednesday. Arms on Friday. If you wanna squeeze something that isn't legs in, some abs and calves or mobility exercises on Saturday would be good. I said calves because honestly even if you don't do legs, you gotta at least kinda look like you do. You don't wanna wear shorts and have twigs man.

i just had achilles surgery. i love leg day

just Monday through Friday though (have my kids every weekend)

just cardio (got the go ahead to do stationary cycle)

arm day
