Tpk din with gimped hammer damage and secondary charge

Has anyone ever experimented with this style din? Wondering if it would have any effectiveness in team duels

Standard skill and stat distribution
Gear:

40 ias 150+ battle hammer
Standard din shield and amulet with fcr
Fcr rings with 1xx attack rating
Magefists
Hsarus boots and belt
Standard armor hat for din

Would gimp hammer damage to 8k which would be around 1300 in pvp

Should have a decent charge with usable AR

Overall wouldn't help against barb, but would be nice running down sorc or suprise hits on din, going against necro would still be meh

I havent seen anyone running this but surely someone has done it?

The only thing this build really benefits from is having vigor synergy on both charge and hammers..

What AR do you think you'll get from just Hsarus?

This works in xpac due to ability to get higher str and the right +skills, not really in classic. Shields are also too strong in classic because high block on all chars without dex pump.

charge gets destroyed by anything using a shield. ias does not affect charge either.

also dont think you get good charge damage without cb/extra skillpoints in charge.

you don't use CB as charger, and IAS is a big issue when charge "pretends" to hit
max conc and 1pt charge (with 20 in vigor) is huge as supplemental damage, that's not the issue

has there been a team duel in classic since expansion came out?

Use civerbs when appropriate / 10

+2 bham can be nice vs staff sorc but you don't have to build your whole character around it.

as in cb doesnt work with charge? ias still doesnt matter imo, maybe on this build so a failed charge can be turned into hammers quicker
