My old man needs a new laptop, I’m trying to find him the best bang for his buck. This is on sale for another 34 hours. He wants to be able to use Quadpay or some other interest free payment option, but if there are any other great deals for $600 or less, he’d pay in full without the payment option.

He will be using it for email, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. and regular internet browsing. Anything will be an upgrade over his current laptop, but I’d still like to find the best deal for him!

Requirements: 15”, not 13” or 17” and that’s about it!

Thanks I’m advanced!

Acer aspire 5, the ryzen 3 model with 4gb ram. Add another 4gb ram if you want for ~30, as it really benefits from having 8gb.

I bought one recently and added an extra stick of ram (very easy to do, just need a small Phillips screwdriver)

Out the door I think I spent around 400 and it's snappy and fast with a nvme ssd. Not a ton of storage, but perfect for web browsing, emails, general use. Not a gaming rig, but it can play diablo 2 just fine lol.
