3060 is 5%faster pretty much
if its new and or cheaper
get either
doubt you will really notice the diff

Both are new, same specific pc, but 3060 is 400€ more, not sure about it with one I should buy it

I don't know why you're bumping this. So I'll rephrase the previous posts.

There is not a significant performance difference between the 2060 SUPER and 3060. You can search on Google (search string = "2060 SUPER vs 3060") to see actual details in their comparison, but in our opinion, it's not significant.

Now putting aside performance, it comes down to 1) availability and 2) cost. Obviously we are in a GPU shortage so unless you're dead set on a particular GPU, go with whatever is available. And if you have the money to purchase the newer/recent models, sure.

Are you strapped for cash, which in this case is 400 EU more? If not, go for it. If yes, obviously don't go for it.
