I finally tested what I could and after socketing PS i get the exact same figure! For the record:

White/Grey Martel de Fer ------ 4,972 to sell
Gemmed Martel de Fer -------- 29,972 to sell (socketing PS adds 25k flat)
repair --> sixtupled, just like the price

Rare Martel de Fer -------------- 32,768 to sell
Rare Martel de Fer (PS'ed)----- 70,656 to sell (socketing PS adds 37,888)
repair --> increased by x 2,16 to a total of 17,664 every 0/180

I have a hard time believeing that's a coincidence.
It could be that yours has the exact same mods (and assuming the mod values don't change the price, only the mod tiers).
Or, it could simply be that a lot of mod tiers have the same sell|repair price multiplier, in which case it's not that hard to end up with the same price.
Could you post a shot of the concerned mart? that way we could compare the mods.

EDIT : It's also interesting to see that 32768 value pop up...

Only remarkable thing about this mart is that it's ilvl 76 from Battlemaid Sarina
I think mods have to be the exact same...

I can't post mine, since i'm at work right now.
But from my memory, both the mod tiers and values are different.
So that may very well confirm that many mod tiers share the same sell|repair price multiplier, and that the mod values themselves don't matter.
Or maybe each multiplier is simply alvl-specific.
