Yeep, although this is the first time I've randomly checked this forum, I'm usually selling random shit on D2.

I'm a 650GS DK, but the wife and I just had our first child so not playing so much right now ... give me a few months once this wild beast isn't such a handful.

i'm a 653 gs ranger , long time no reall progress in gear tho considering i only play 5 hours / week anymore & most of it is random pvp.

Started collecting PVE & gearscore the last couple months after finishing most of my lifeskill goals, currently 660~ working on PEN BS stack for main hand & awakening on my Guardian tagged w/ Lahn

I'm so glad I started out with life skilling. Trying a different skill every couple months has kept me busy and find new interest in the game. I would've burnt out fast if I started with grinding/depending on loot scrolls non stop. Thankfully scrolls are easy to get nowadays for people who like the PVE grind.
Since Kakao ended and PA took over, the DEV team has made some super nice QoL changes - games in a great spot right now imo

New to BDO need a hand in:

Leveling (how to)
Farming (how to)
Character building (how to)
Trading (how to)
and what are the rules like here?
is it like POE where they ban you for mentioning jsp.
or is it like eve where they encourage buying/selling ingame for irl or other currency

id like to know all this stuff before i begin and get an account i put time into gets banned due to ignorance.

leveling (first time u best just do mainquestline & kill monsters) getting higher levels after questline u grind or u do sidequests (look for the guide for it) , anyhow its a grindinggame (killing monsters or doing lifeskills (gathering , cooking , etc etc)
farming , or u lifeskill for silver or u grind monsters
not really trading , gear u sell or buy trough the marketplace & u enhance the items (based on rng) or u buy them enhanced . no reall trading between players
about jsp , not really any use for this site ingame besides maybe find some1 who would wanne boost you ingame (eventho this isn't as usefull considering u still gotta grind for urself to get skills)
