How can you tell if your girlfriend really loves you? Or is she just using you for money? I’m dating a single mom, and she asks me for money because she got scammed and lost 13k. Should I help her out? Does she have right to ask?

Wether the story is true or not it does not matter. Once you start giving her money you’ll just be the loser provider (google: betabucks) and she will lose all respect for you

Well, it’s easier for me to make money. I probably make about 4-5 times as much as she does. At the same time she keeps asking me for it. I feel like she doesn’t have the right to. I don’t owe her. I’m not her husband or father, just a boyfriend.

I think you should give her 13k to show how much you care. You will be better than all her exbf who only wanted sex

A few questions:

- Did she explain what she lost 13k on? What was the background on the scam?
- Why does she need 13k? It's rare to need 13k immediately to survive unless you are in serious debt troubles.
- What has her child's father done to help?
- This is an important one - be honest - did she attempt to conflate your love with your willingness to agree (i.e. "if you love me, you'll do it.")?

1. Yes, she said she wanted to win money by buying bitcoin but it was off of a fake app.
2. She didn’t ask for 13k, but asked for 3-5k. Of course willing to take more.
3. Child’s father has done nothing.
4. Yes, she said it over and over. If you love me you’d spend money on me.

I’ve give money in the past, and have fights over money. Right now, she doesn’t even have enough money for make up. But she drops like 500$ every time to buy make up packages it lasts for 4-5 months.
