Need some thoughts or offers on this. I have found the % chance to cast frost nova to be helpful!

Bad block base. If it was bone shield it’s a decent temp.

Decent for smite I guess but a temp nonetheless

Darn. Everyone in 9-30 has been hyping it up. Guess you can't believe everything you hear in game :(
