After spending the last year and a half building a home gym I don’t have the space for everything I need so I joined a gym near me. It’s got ripped up benches, old machines purchased from what was probably a defunct snapfitness and too many people trying to get onto the on bench and squat rack. Feelsgoodman

/e and I joined last Sunday and there was a smoke detector chirping. It’s still chirping today lel

When I used to go to the gym I liked going to the steam room and sauna after working out. There was always Russians talking about growing things.

Ohhh I miss the sauna tbh. I use to read the newspaper in there

It was nice when someone would bring in eucalyptus otherwise would reek of sweat at times.

Adjustable rack for bench/squat/incle/decline
Cable pull (rope + lat pull down + vbar + cable attachments)
Dip bars
Olympic bar
Standard bar
Olympic plates (255lbs)
Standard plates (200lbs)
Powerblock (90lb expansion)
Standard dumbbell
Leg extension/hamstring curl machine
Treadmill
Bands
Ab roller
5lb kettlebell (was a joke gift gift someone)

/e I list this out and now I know why my wife is mad at me for rejoining a gym :rofl: but my garage is slanted and does not have ac or heat so is miserable 8 months of the year

BUt ya, you have enough gear to get a good program running. Are you following anything right now?

Current routine is
1 - bi/tri/traps
2 - legs/abs
3 - chest/back
4 - shoulders/abs
5 - legs
6 - upper body/forearms
7 - rest

Came off a cut from 200 to 182 then was gonna clean bulk but I keep ordering pizza cuz eating 18oz of chicken breast every day is so terrible :(
