i haven't taken BCAAs or Creatine in years because i only casually workout and i dont have the time to really "build" anymore

i purchased BCAAs for multiple obvious reasons and i forgot how often i should take the BCAAs

some say take it 8 hours before workout and slowly let the body to adjust
then 4 hours before,
40 mins before

also is it okay to take BCAAs 40 minutes before the workout with preworkout subtances, like NOexplode? honestly never tried preworkout stuff, never believed in it

IDK doesnt it say on the label? Mine say to drink 1 scoop before exercise then 1 scoop after. On non training days sip on 2 scoops throughout the day.

It is okay to take with a preworkout. At least in my experience ive always taken bcaas after drinking my animalrage pwo without any issues.

yeah it says 35-40 min before workout

i guess ill just follow that. ty

another question,

so when you take animalrage pwo and bcaas, you dont mix them in one drink? you drink twice? that's a lot of water before workout, no?

Monohydrate - mix with juice for best absorption

NOW brand or ON are both solid

Also check out advanced molecular labs for preworkout (best one I’ve tried)

Sorta like what Alpha said you wont notice much from bcaas unless your workouts are long, intense, and frequent imho. I only use bcaas on days when I go to bjj or muay thai because I also lift weights before or after martial arts which is taxing. But ill also eat an apple or banana.
