Hard to say. I can't see the really rare ones in great condition going down in value over the very long term. Pokemon/Nintendo is a powerhouse company that will never go away.

If I was a billionaire and Pokémon was a huge part of my childhood, I can justify spending up to hundreds of thousands on original collections.

If you find the right buyer for your purchase, then any purchase if a good investment.

Nah it's better because it's actually steadily gone up in value over the years. Also there's intrinsic value because even if no one wants it you can burn them to use for heat once you're homeless whereas with volatile shit coins you can't even use it for that lol
