list your full specs. cpu/mobo/gpu/ram/harddrives/psu/case/os/bios version
your mobo comes with wifi 6 so all you should need to do is install windows. did you update your bios already and is it a brand new motherboard?

Did some changes on the bios and now windows won’t start and I’m getting Ad code on mobo, might be windows error or ssd?

What I did to install windows was, transfer all the files from my windows 10 cd to a folder and used wintoflash on a usb

lol you need to stop changing things you don't understand and start reading up on your hardware. my advice to you is... reset your bios to all default settings. restart.if windows does not load try to reinstall windows using your windows usb installer(use this link to create one if
you dont have one https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 , delete the previous partitions and reinstall windows. once you get back to windows and your devices like networking are not working, go into your device manager and disable/enable the wifi/networking device if that doesnt get it to work then uninstall the device and restart your computer and maybe windows 10 will install the generic default drivers like its suppose to do.

Also don't update your drivers from a CD you should always get the most up to date versions of your drivers from the manufacturers website:

Just google Asus Strix Z590-e drivers it'll be the first link.
