If you get the one below it's the best BUT it would be even better with another 8GB of ram. My guess is that you can buy another 8gb stick to make it 16GB and then you should be all set on that machine.

So with another 8GB+ of ram, this one will allow for pretty optimal D2R game play, speed and graphics?

No.

You'll be pushing things and will probably have to lower the graphic settings and/or your resolution to get a good framerate.

I’m watching the video on 1080p and it looks good enough for me

Things will very slightly worse since you're getting a laptop and that video is on a desktop with similar specs but yes it will be very playable :)
