I have a set of adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench on the way.
I was wondering if you guys have any great youtube videos on full body workout. Obviously I looked and followed a few but i havent really fully liked any.
Doesnt really have to be youtube videos, if you have a guide of some sort, i appreciate that too.

push - incline bench, skull crushers, lateral raises
leg - lunges, db squat/calf raise superset
pull - incline rows, shrugs, curls
rest
repeat

Yeah, you should define what you want. How fit (some people just like to look good naked and some want to be able to be a walking talking fitness assassin) and what kind of fitness are you interested in and willing to work for?
