How To Join. Post with the following info:

Challenge System:
1) Allowed to challenge a player up to a maximum of 2 ranks above you until you reach #4, in which case you have to challenge #3, #2, and #1 in succession to reach #1.
2) 5-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, No-reply, No-show = Auto-Loss)
3) Pm the other user about the challenge before you do the next step
4) Use this format to post a challenge in this topic

5) Challenge will be First to Six, Win by Two Kills per Set, Two Sets Wins Challenge.
Example: If score were 5-5, you need 7-5 to win, if score were 6-6, you need 8-6 to win and so on.
6) Refer to next section below for Gm Melee Rules
7) You must wait 12 hours after the completion of a challenge to issue another challenge, if you lose you are not allowed to challenge within 24 hours after a loss
8) 5 Day Away Rule: If you challenge someone and he/she is away from Jsp for 5 days or more, automatic Dodge Rule applied, you get his rank and can challenge someone else, no need to wait for Admin to update your new Rank.
9) If you cannot complete your challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM your challenger and inform them. You must also post in this thread asking for an extension, if you fail to do this the dodge rule will be enforced to keep the ladder moving. An extension is 48 hours.
10)Regarding ladder inactivity, if dodge is ruled against you an * will be placed next to your name. After a second dodge, you will be removed from the ladder. The * will be removed after you complete a challenge, whether issued by or against you.
GM Melee Rules
- Do not commit acts of bad manner.
- Do not angle (both parallel to the town door)
- Do not prebuff.
- Do not use poison.
- Do not use slow.
- Do not enchant.
- Do not smite.
- Do not charge.
- Do not jump.
- Do not pot.
- Do not run.
- Do not whirlwind.
- Do not knockback.
- Do not use items that emit auras which affect player vs. player (PVP) and cause physical and/or elemental damage.
- Do not emit the holy freeze aura.
- Do not cast item/torch charges.

Special things to be mentioned
[Starting Duel] - Both must have "go" over head at same time action begins. If one "go" drops first, wait for them to put it up again
[Miss-Clicking] - Continue fighting
[Glitched Strength] - Auto DQ will result if you die and can't pick up gear
[Chilling Armor] - Must not be on prior to a duel, Referee to kill off surviving player with chilling armor
[Holyshield] - Do not cast holyshield prior to gear change. if casted hs and changed gear, Referee to kill off player and recast hs
[Running into/during Duel] - Point awarded to opponent
[Draws] - If neither player survives a walk back to town, counts as a draw. No point awarded to either player
[Tap Gear] - BannedDrew names out of a hat for random order to get us started if you dont like your rank blame my wife she drew em

ranks are in everyone is free to start challenges also changed dodge rule to 5 days, alot of us work and have other shit going on might be hard to meet up sometimes but if it gets out of hand we will address it the goal is to keep this running and everyone to have fun
