I thought I was watching d3 there for a minute

Yeah d4 is looking pretty crappy for sure

For me looks doesn’t mather that much, but its easy to tone down those lightings atleast for a bit. The more important things for me are: Itemization and open trading system and also i see the point of pvp as strong element to the game even if i doesn’t participate in it. And ofc story and atmosphere can even make those things mentioned even better. Oh and yes some kind of communty, good chat system, groups thats also very nice to have.

Too me it just looks like a upgrade to d3 so far, but who knows mabey they can do something magical before launch, but I wont hold my breath

Yeah it looks similar but a bit toned down and with a bit more realsitic details, overall i could live with it but i don't understand why is so hard for them to tone it even more and make it more realsitic.

Sure, new is ok if fondations are good and in place.

Yes I agree, most people on here seem worried about trading and pvp. Lighting seems secondary.
