To capture an image of your PSD simply open up your software where you create your images, i.e this signature, take a screenshot where we can see the layers of the work, for example inside photoshop, krita or whichever you use.

Here's an example of how it could look:



It's very important that you do not crop out or edit anything of the image (Take the screenshot and send it as it is, leave the taskbar, clock and date etc in the image)

Please provide us this screenshot to make sure we have all the information we need to take any actions needed to close this case.

I save all my works as png or gif. I never save anything as psd. This is what my prog looks like with the animated frames. Since its a finished work saved as png you wont see the brushes, animation on skull or any blended option applied such as the font name layer!
