There was no artwork stolen or used by another user as their own. This was a screenshot of a pm from the accuser.
Case Closed
In addition to what I already stated, by your standard I can use nearly any pm by any certain staff member as a Signature, while including avatar and more.
Also, we have a sub-forum for trading signatures and more. While I have provided enough evidence to show my own photo is involved, the defense for the accused in your statement is depending on if the accused is using it in a manner of their own. Clearly they are using it in a manner of their own signature and if they were interested in doing otherwise they could have delete my image from screenshot they took.
Seeing how you have made a decision here, I can't help but feel this is still wrong. In much simpler terms, the accused has a signature and without my personal picture involved I would not be here posting. I am doing as directed by several members of staff to get this sorted out and have waited patiently. To add to this img url and more services have recently gone down, meaning the ability to clearly take care of this is not always available.
