dunno what is about have an transaction about sojs, but write "fuck you" and threat "your account will be closed"?

If someone is bothering you, block them and move on.

i know for "fuck you" can block message, but its normal to write someone "Your account will be blocked"? Can i write this threat "Hi, I will make Your account blocked immediatly" to random person if i cannot do it without responsibility/consequences?

I would highly suggest against it. If someone who is not part of the staff of jsp is saying these things to you.
Report it
Ignore it
Block them
And move on.

Remember responding back to them can cause more issues so its better to just leave it as is. The mods will do there work.

Any kind of topics with such content will be closed due to spam. If the user continues spamming he will be warned by the staff team.

If you notice such kind of topic/threads/behaviour report it via the report button.

You also can contact the appropriate staff group (depends on which forum the topic in question was posted):

As others have stated you can block a user if you feel you need to. If the user continues to give you problems by bypassing being block, such as spamming on your trade topics and more, you can save these instances to make a report to the staff. Do this directly via private message and with the correct staff member.

Just block the stupid kids. A random idiot can't close your account. It's just spam, block it.
