Keep getting this error message. Any idea why?

It has been 2 days and I cannot log in to battle.net. If I make a hotspot on my phone it works so its something with my IP address? I do not bot use mh or anything like that. What could this be?

How is this possible? The issue started when I tried to connect at a car dealership while waiting for repairs so this makes sense.

But I'm home now.

Edit: the article says to reinstall game client, I've done that several times

Battle.net temp bans people who use vpns / business IPs, it also connects your cdkey for 2 weeks. Good luck bro.
