What happens to all the players who allready got a lvl 60 character but are stuck on a server in which the opposite faction has 99%+ population ?
Are we forced to level a new character up ?
Are we forced to buy the lvl 58 boost ?
Or are we forced to buy a character transfer to another server ? (<-- i dont know if thats even possible )
