I have decent gear to reach MQ level and currently, I have to reach 73 for MQ, but I can't go efficiently any higher, I have to heal every few monsters so I usually just MQ. Is it possible for me to whistle in like level 55 monsters or 60 and farm them for gear? Is this efficient/doable? Seriously curious because I feel like the 45-65 is the best range to farm and it goes by so fast! Thanks in advance for the help <3~

No, killing lower level mobs is bad for finding good gear.
Generally you want the mobs to be your level or higher if you can manage it via a trapdoor or by chucking a higher level item into the well

You can die to lose xp and stay in that range but you lose proficiency xp.
