Why not make all versions of items drop?

So maybe it’s 08 and maybe it’s 09+

All versions of all items can drop and remove runewords

all the other item changes from 08 to 09 made sense to me

valk turned from a unique item that opened a lot of build potential, to a piece of junk worth 35k gold

Narrow minded people don't realise why it was nerfed in the first place and probably have 1-2 favorite builds where a 08 valk would make then have an advantage. Pointless discussion.

I would love to see a certain point some item change like what happened with .08 items

either way im gonna be fine, aslong as its not a 100 fg unperm item or an item only 0.1% has access to

however i dont see them doing this, and if this is a thing, it honestly shouldnt be one cherry picked item imo
