If you take away PVP, this is what the D2 market looks like:
Finding a shako, to sell to someone that wants to MF to find shakos, to sell to someone that wants to MF to find shakos, to sell the shakos they find to sell to someone who wants to MF to sell shakos to other people that want to MF to sell shakos to someone else who wants to MF to find shakos to sell to others that want to MF to find shakos.
There is no market.
PVM is to fuel PVP. Thats it.
You can gear multiple characters, I play single player and have one of each class and some multiple.
Have a legit Zod rune and only found 5 or 6 shakos. Guess I could part with one or two but there’s no time if ladders are shorter than 6 month.
Maybe they could keep the hostile for open bnet where you can hero editor and pvp from day 1.
No need for bots
