what is it about bots that they cant seem to get a grip on?

i dont understand how with all this technology they dont have a solution

surely there has to be a way to detect them right? its not like this bots are running complex software.

that really depends on how well made that particular script is

anti cheat software has workarounds via injectors

repetitive motion recognition has work arounds by implementing randomized gestures at set intervals to throw the detection software off

if they put random failsafes in place like a captcha or botcatcher it often annoys legitimate players and impedes the organic flow of gameplay

and most other measures just tend to either not be effective, catch innocent players in the crossfire, or some amalgamation of both

assuming u wanted a genuine answer and this wasnt a troll thread

how do they sell more copies if no one botted>

Blizzard anti cheat team is McDonald’s level while cheaters programmers are Microsoft level
